Q: How do I book a voice session?

A: Email and phone calls are the quickest and easiest way to get in contact. We will put your you're production session scheduled. Once the audio or video is finished it will be sent out as quickly as possible.

Q: How quickly can I get my audio files after our session?

A: In most cases within 24-48 hours for short audio session, however, longer audio and video may need a longer production schedule. All timelines/deadlines will be discussed and agreed upon at the beginning of the project.

Q: What file formats do you use?

A: What do you need? We can deliver audio in multiple formats for both audio and video. Simply mention what you need at the time of the session and it will be delivered.

Q: How do I as a client receive my project files?

A: Normally Dropbox or FTP depending on the size of the project, however, we use multiple delivery systems. Let us know your preference and we will get it taken care of without a problem.

Q: Do you record ISDN sessions?

A: Yes - although they do require more time in scheduling and an increase in price. However, over the phone sessions work very well if client wants to direct the session and it is included in the session price.

Q: Do you have the ability to do fully produced spots?

A: Yes! We do fully produced spots for radio, TV, internet, internet streaming services and all other media outlets.

Q: Can you produce spots with multiple voices?

A: Yes we do. We have several other professional voices we work on a regular basis, enabling us to meet all of your production requirements. However, prices will vary depending on the number of voices used and more scheduling time may be required when booking the session.

Q: Does Chelsi work on camera and as a video spokesperson?

A: Yes, within a 150 mile radius. With many years of on camera experience we can get you exactly what you need.

Q: Once my ad is recorded, do you offer ad placement?

A: Yes, we do media buys and can offer full marketing and branding services.

Q: Do you work with companies located outside of the United States?

A: Yes. We've worked in multiple countries outside the US.
